Attack from the 4th dimension

This is a 3D-section of the four dimensional cubic parameter space (the iteration formula is z -> z^3 - 3a^2 z + b), the axis b_imag pointing into the fourth dimension, the 3D-slice is performed at b_imag = 1. The red set is a part of M+, the grey set of M-. The motive is somewhat rotated.

The image is rendered using a special module for Ultra Fractal, the module written by my very dear friend here on dA. Resized from 8000 x 6000. Small color adjustments is performed. All this postprocessing by Photoshop.
