This motive comes from the ten dimensional hexic (not heptic) parameter space [link] (see the linked journal). *a_real = #pixel (horizontal) *a_imag = #pixel (vertical) *b_real = 0.5 *b_imag = 0 *c_real = 0.1 *c_imag = 0 *d_real = 0.1 *d_imag = 0 *e_real = -0.1 *e_imag = 0 The black area in the middle is (a 2D slice) of Hexic Connectedness Locus (HCL), the set for which ALL the six critical points has bounded orbits. The fractal border of HCL is formed as the union of M1 to the right and M5 to the left. Those sets are in turn situated in the middle of M2. M2 is also constituted of the Mandelbrot island visible to the right and the left. The big cubic Mandelbrot set, as well as small disconnected islands of the cubic minibrots (invisible without magnification) are built up of the sets M3 and M4 which completely coalesce in this slice.
