Download for 1280x960 resolution

This is a one-time magnification of a Hexic (sixth degree) Julia set drawn with the formula Hexic Julia3. The parameter seed is picked up from the head of the blue attacking mandy in the previous deviation Mandy Attack [link] . That’s the explanation of the shape of the enclosed areas of this disconnected Julia set (as four of the five critical points escapes to infinity).

Instead of the basic coloring (coloring according to the number of iterations) a evaluated form called Continius Potential Method (CPM) is used. This method produces continues slopes around the sets instead of discrete plateaus.

No filters or post processing.
