This is exact the same motive as the earlier deviation Mixed Multibrots1, however with another color map and the coloring method Continuous Potential is used instead of the standard Level Set method. Further comments see that motive.

retro means cool and nostalgic. in this case i was refering to the patterns that would have blended in w a home from the 70s.
i read a piece in the New York Times about the person who started fractals.

I always said that these kind of fractals where invented ten years too late

And I use to say that the fascinating thing with the era we are living in is, that the most psychedelic fuzzy and the most dry mathematic have taken an big embrace to each other.

Benoit Mandelbrot. He is also interviewed in Colors of Infinity, a fantastic TV program from the ninities by Arthur Clarke
