My Halloween Face by FractalMonster My Halloween Face by FractalMonster
From cubic parameter space. I will not be tedious, so more
info at my Cubic Tutorial [link] and my chaotic series [link]

The connection between this motive and "The Burning Darknsess" [link] is illustrated in my scrap "FaceRotation" [link] ;)

Below the UF parameter file. Play and have fun :)

Yeah, heard about fractals before, not much though.. It's fascinating.

:aww: It IS :wow: Fractal geometry is the math of the new science of chaos and complexity :omg: Below some recycled info about fractals:

First: Check out the zoom sequences (only images) from page 4 in the pdf's [link] and [link] . The end motives are my deviations [link] and [link] :D

Second: In my journal [link] you have some links to short cool fractal animations I stumbled over at YouTube

Third: If you wanna try some free simple fractal software, go to my journal [link] . You don't need to know the math behind :wow:

Fourth: Wikipedia has a nice site [link]

Fifth: Maybe you would appreciate my "Chaotic series of fractal articles" [link] if you have a little theoretical interest ;)

Hope you don't feel spammed ^^;

Take what you want and don't stress, the info will remain  From the middle of the nineties there is a fantastic TV program about fractals, Colors of Infinity by Arthur Clarke :) There are very nice soundtracks to the animations :wow:

Så ser jag du är norsk :wow: Välkommen till min ocoola svenska portal med länkar till coolare sidor, egna och andras ;) bl a till en Självstudiekurs om fraktaler :)

Regarding deep zooms in the Mandelbrot set, if you check out my deviation Cauliflowerfort and click the link under "Artist's Comments", from page 4 you can follow the entire zoom sequence in 28 steps :wow:

You got it :w00t:

In my case (and in your) I've plotted b_real, b_imag glided 0.633 along the axis a_real and then rotated the image 90 degrees. You've maybe don't performed the exact same, but there is an infinity of veriations :wow: Also check out [link] , [link] , and [link] especially my comments ;)

This is written on a library computer. It will last about a week before I'm back at my own.

Until that take care and don't get lost among the dimensions  monsterhug

Yes, I think I do. :huggle:

Hmm, actually the one I posted is more among a_imag 0.3142 or something close to it,
but I think this one is much closer: 0.3142

*still on holiday*

Yeah, I suspected that you've glided alon the axis a_imag. I've come up with similar motives gliding alon that axis and plotted b_real, b_imag. Is it OK for you i fI draw the same motive when I arrive to my own computer within some days crediting you?

You are right. No human is the owner of the universe :)
.. and I am a member of the Swedish Pirate Party :D

Ooh, I can't find your first attempt on eyes where you plotted b_real, b_img and glided along the a_imag

It's hot today, and I'm just about to leave from the beach. But late take a very close look at you attempt and see what I van do :eager:

Hmm, the eyes are pretty hard to find, but I hope this helps:[link]
It's important to have high iteration count and use exactly 0.32 or -0.32 for a_imag.

Now I recognize that I've drawn exactly the same eyes using Flarium24 in the end of the nineties and even had it as a print ;) For the rest of the discussion, see your link :)
